Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the jewelry, we will accept returns on unworn jewelry for store credit within 10 days of the order date. Returns must be approved in advance. Sorry but we do not accept returns on Disney pins due to the nature of pin trading. Credit will not be given without approval for the return. If you wish to return an item for store credit the return must be approved and you must return the item within 10 days of the sale.All sales final after 10 days. Returns on worn jewelry will only be accepted for store credit in cases of defective product. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.Premium Body Jewelry does not send any form of return labels. If the return is due to an error on our behalf, we may at our discretion issue a store credit for the amount of the return postage. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be given.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because an incorrect address was provided shipping charges must be paid again before the package is reshipped. If we do not hear from you within 3 days of the return, the order will be canceled and you will be issued a store credit for the original amount less shipping.


If you need to return an item:
1. Email sales@premiumbodyjewelry.com with your order number and the reason you would like to return the item. If you send an item back to us without approval you will not get anything for the return and the item will not be mailed back to you.

2. We will email you back to confirm the return. If an item is returned because of an error we made, whenever possible we will send the correct item rather than issue a store credit.

3. After you have received approval for the return, mail the item back to us at

Package must be postmarked within 10 days of the order date. If the return is postmarked later than 10 days, you will not receive credit for the return. It is your responsibility to get it to us in it's original condition. Use a padded envelope, it's common sense but fragile jewelry will not make it here undamaged without any padding, and if you use a plain white envelope it will probably get caught in the mail sorting machine, tear, and not get here at all. We cannot give any credit for items that are returned to us damaged. If you are concerned with your return getting here, put delivery confirmation on it, we cannot be responsible for the post office on returns sent to us.

4. Once we receive the return, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the item not including shipping. If the return was due to an error on our behalf, we may choose to issue additional credit to cover your return shipping charges. you will receive an email letting you know the credit has been issued and it will automatically be deducted from your next order.
