1. Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: No
2. Q: How much is shipping and how long does it take?
A: Shipping is a flat $5 for orders under $100 and free for orders over $100. We ship via USPS First class mail so shipping time varies depending on how quickly the post office moves and how close you are to California. Usually it takes under a week within the US and about 7-14 days internationally. If you need Priority or Express mail, feel free to contact us to make those arrangements.
3. Q: Do you accept COD?
A: We will accept COD orders for repeat customers who have ordered from us at least once before. There is a $10 fee for COD and it must be paid by Postal money order or bank cashier's check. We do not accept personal or business checks. The minimum order for COD is $250.
4. Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: We do not offer print catalogs because we try to add new items every week. A print catalog does not allow us to stay current with our inventory like we are able to online.
5. Q: Do you accept Paypal?
A: Yes, we gladly accept Paypal, however due to Paypal policies, if you pay with Paypal, we cannot ship to any address other than the address listed on your Paypal account.
6. Q:If I order "assorted" how many pieces do I get?
A: The color, style, or size choice of "assorted" does not change the quantity purchased. You will receive however many pieces you order in quantity in a mix of what is available at the time.
